Another long week to go....

So, this past week has been quite uneventful. I am officially overdue, and it really stinks. I am fat and miserable!!! I went to my doctor appointment today, and we are scheduled to induce at 4 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7th. I was dilated to 1 cm, so at least there was some small progress. :-) I am trying to enjoy the peace and quiet everyday, and savoring my lazy days that are filled with laying around doing nothing, but I am so ready to have some commotion going on :-) I hope everyone is doing great, and having a wonderful week. I will be updating if we have any surprises pop up!!

So today I went to the doctor for another check-up.... and of course NO CHANGES. This seems to be the story of my life here lately. So my doctor decided to go ahead and schedule me for an induction on October 7th just in case. I seriously hope he comes earlier than that though because that is 10 days past my due date, and I am already so tired and out of room for him to grow. And being induced just sounds like no fun, but as long as he arrives safely that is all that matters. Please continue to pray for us !!

Also, I received my acceptance letter for Nursing school. I start in January :-)

1 week to go.....

So.... its getting so close to my due date. I have one week to go from tomorrow. He is growing bigger everyday, and we cannot wait to meet him. I am a little scared of the actual labor process, but hopefully I will make it through :-). I am also in panic mode about everything that could possibly go wrong. . My doctor has been talking about an induction because he could possibly go beyond the due date, so I will post that when we have a for sure date.

Life is definitely about to change, please keep us in your prayers. I promise to keep this blog up to date after he gets here, so that everyone can see pictures of him.
